How many photographs are you sending?_________ Please number your photographs on the back and also include your name. Do not use a felt top or ballpoint pen directly on the photograph. The best way to do this is to write the information on a pressure-sensitive label before you adhere the label to the back of your photograph.

Terms and Conditions: A “good faith” deposit of $25.00 is required at the time you place your order. On completion, you will receive a JPEG proof via e-mail for your approval or hard copy via mail. You must be completely satisfied. Once we receive your approval and balance of payment, your portrait will be delivered or shipped. US Dollars only.
